Collection Period
- Customers must collect their orders within 3 months from the date of purchase.
- An email reminder will be sent to customers when the order is ready for collection.
Order Cancellation
- Orders not collected within the 3 months will be automatically cancelled.
- A notification will be sent to customers upon cancellation of their order.
Refunds
- Orders that are not collected and are subsequently cancelled are not eligible for a refund.
- Refunds are only provided for orders that are picked up within the specified collection period and meet the return policy criteria.
Identification Requirements
- Customers must present the order confirmation receipt at the time of collection.
- If someone else is collecting on behalf of the customer, they must present a signed authorisation letter along with their ID and the order confirmation receipt.
Special Circumstances
- If you are unable to collect your order within the specified period due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately to discuss potential accommodations.
- Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at the store management’s discretion.
