HERBAL INGREDIENTS
Skullcap (Scutellaria Lateriflora) Aids sleep. Good for anxiety, fatigue, headaches and nervous disorders. It relieves muscle cramps, pain, spasms, and stress. Skullcap also relaxes states of nervous tension while at the same time renewing and reviving the central nervous system.
Hops (Humulus Lupulus) has a marked relaxing effect upon the central nervous system. It is useful for the treatment of insomnia, eases tension.
Valerian (Valeriana Officinalis) is well known for its sedative qualities and its ability to relax the central nervous system and the smooth muscle groups. It has been used as a sleeping aid for hundreds of years especially when there is excitation or difficulty in falling to sleep due to nervousness.
