Natural Products Dried Bedstraw / Cleavers (Galium aparine) 75g

Dried Cleavers, aka Bedstraw Cut (Galium aparine) is used to detoxify kidneys, liver, pancreas and spleen and will also help with disorders of the lymphatic system.

Instructions

• Infusion: one cup warm boiling water, poured over 2-3 teaspoons of Bedstraw, infused for a short time. Use as a tea. Drink 3 times daily
• Ointment: mix juice with butter
• Tincture: take 20 to 30 drops in water as required

Warnings

• • Bedstraw/Cleavers are high in tannins which may cause nausea, stomach aches and vomiting. Take for only two weeks at a time then skip 1 -2 weeks.
