Natural Products Dried Senna Leaves (Cassia angustifolia) 100g
Traditionally, tea made from Dried Senna Leaves has been used for a wide variety of inflammatory conditions, including headaches, fevers, and inflammation of joints and tissues.
Warnings
- Do not use for longer than 10 days. Always remember that constipation is the cause of something else and the this should be sought and dealt with.
- Habitual use will cause lazy bowel syndrome.
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Overdose can lead to painful stomach cramps and diarrhea.
- It can be corrected with 1/4 amount of a stomachic herb like ginger or fennel seeds with the dose.
- May cause contact dermatitis.
- Can cause nausea, vomiting, and may lead to inflammation of the gastrointestinal tract.
