Serving Suggestions: As a dietary supplement, use 2 scoops daily to help support nutrient, fibre and micronutrient needs*. Add 2 heaped scoops (+/- 25 g) to: 180-200 ml of cold water; your favourite smoothie; or any beverage of your choice. Stir until smooth. Alternatively, mix using a shaker or blender. Enjoy first thing in the morning for an energy boost, or between lunch and dinner as a high quality, low calorie drink mix.
