Each lozenge of NOW® Elderberry & Zinc is an elderberry concentrate formulated with zinc and vitamin C. Zinc is a trace mineral that plays a critical role in immune system function.* Echinacea, propolis and slippery elm have been added to complement this unique formula.

Directions
Take 1 lozenge 1 to 3 times daily. Do not chew. Allow the lozenge to dissolve in mouth completely and swallow. Limit long-term consumption of high levels of zinc
