This formulation provides Free Form Branched Chain Amino Acids to promote optimal absorption and assimilation, along with Vitamin B6, an important factor in amino acid metabolism. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, to normal protein and glycogen metabolism & contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Ingredients
L-Leucine (Free-form) 540mg, L-Isoleucine (Free form) 360mg, L-Valine (Free form) 300mg, Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Anti-caking Agents: vegetable magnesium stearate, vegetable stearic acid, Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI) 20mg, Bulking Agent: microcrystalline cellulose.

Directions
