Ingredients
Glucosamine HCl 1500 mg, Providing: Glucosamine 1246 mg, MSM (methylsulfonylmethane) 1000 mg, Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Vitamin C (as calcium-L-Ascorbate) 100 mg, Cellulose Gum, Willow Bark (Salix alba) Bark Powdered Extract (5:1) (equivalent to 500 mg of white willow) 100 mg, Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate, Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), Ginger (Zingiber officinale) Root Powdered Extract (4:1) (equivalent to 432 mg of ginger root) 108 mg, Manganese (as bisglycinate’) 5 mg.

Directions
As a food supplement for adults, take three (3) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the directions for use.
