Vegetable Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Soya Bean Germ Powder (2mg [2%] Isoflavones) 100mg, Black Cohosh Root Powdered Extract (4:1) 100mg, Standardised Agnus Castus Powdered 75mg, Dong Quai Root Powdered Extract 75mg, Motherwort Herb Powdered Extract (5:1) 75mg, Astragalus Root Powder 75mg, Bulking Agents: maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose, Standardised Milk Thistle Extract 50mg, Dong Quai Root Powder 50mg, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, Antioxidant (powdered blend of beta-carotene and ascorbic acid).

Directions
