Solgar Multiple Fibre Formula is a synergistic blend of nature’s best soluble and insoluble plant fibres.
Ingredients
Vegetable Capsule Shell: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, Multiple Fibre Formula 1000mg (1 gram), Derived from: Powdered Soluble Fibres: Oat Bran (contains gluten) 200mg, Apple Pectin 200mg, Grapefruit Pectin 200mg, Powdered Insoluble Fibres: Flaxseed Meal 200 mg, Psyllium Seed Husks 200mg, Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate.

Directions
As a food supplement for adults, take two (2) to six (6) vegetable capsules daily with a large glass of water (250ml), distributed throughout the day, preferably away from meals, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed the directions for use.
