This is a non-flushing form of Niacin. Niacin is also referred to as Vitamin B3 and is one of the eight vitamins that form the B-complex. High-dose forms of Niacin can sometimes cause a harmless side-effect called the ‘niacin flush’. Solgar’s No-Flush Niacin (Inositol Hexanicotinate) complex has been carefully formulated using inositol-bound niacin. This is to offer a supplement that is gentle and as a vegetable capsule, it is also a daily supplement that is easy-to-take.

DIRECTIONS
