Ingredients
Silica (from powdered Red Algae [Lithothamnium calcareum]) providing 25mg of elemental silicon 54mg, Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose, Vegetable Capsule Shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate*. *Made from vegetable stearic acid

Directions
