Solgar Lecithin Granules is a nutritional supplement obtained from Soyabeans and may be used as part of the daily diet. Lecithin is a significant source of phospholipids. These are found in the structure of all cell membranes and are needed by every living cell in the human body.
Ingredients
Each scoop (7.5g) provides: (Approximately 30 servings per container; serving scoop included) Soya Lecithin Granules 7.5g. No excipients.

Directions
