Ingredients
Softgel Capsule Shell: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), Olive Oil, Ubiquinol (as Kaneka Ubiquinol’)’ (reduced form of CoQ-10) 100mg, Emulsifier: soya lecithin, Antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate, Colours: caramel, titanium dioxide.

Directions
