An Advanced Calcium Complex with Vitamins D3 and K2, Zinc and Boron. Solgar’ Ultimate Bone Support* contains a unique blend comprising amino acid chelates, citrates and malates, which ensure that these minerals are easy to absorb and utilised by all age groups and by those with compromised digestion. Whilst calcium is the most abundant mineral in bones, its utilisation is dependent on two key nutrients, Vitamins D and K. Vitamin K2 helps promote the incorporation of calcium into the bone matrix, as well as preventing calcium being deposited in artery walls.

Calcium (as dicalcium malate, citrate, bisglycinate) 1000mg, Magnesium (as dimagnesium malate, oxide, bisglycinate, citrate) 500mg’, Bulking Agents: microcrystalline cellulose, citric acid, dextrin), Cellulose Gum, Anti-caking Agents: vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, Glazing Agents: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), Zinc (as bisglycinate) 5mg, Manganese (as bisglycinate) 2mg, Copper (as bisglycinate) 500’g, Boron (as boric acid) 2mg, Vitamin K2 (as menaquinone-7) (contains milk and soya 65’g, Vitamin D3 ((contains bovine) cholecalciferol 1000 IU) 25’g.

Directions
As a food supplement for adults, take four (4) tablets daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.
