Solgar’ Vision Guard Plus contains Zinc and Vitamin A to directly support eye health. In addition it contains 3 antioxidants (Vitamins C and E, and Selenium) to help protect against oxidative damage. It also provides 10mg of Lutein, which is one of the most abundant compounds found in eye tissue, and bilberry, eyebright and gingko biloba, all well-known plant polyphenols.

Vitamin C (as calcium ascorbate) 300mg, Lutein (as marigold prep.) (providing 500’g zeaxanthin) 10mg, Vegetable Capsule Shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) 100mg, Taurine 100mg, Vitamin E (100 IU, as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 67mg, Zinc (as glycinate ‘) 10mg, Natural Source Beta-carotene (as prep.) 2.4mg, Providing other Carotenoids 8 ‘g, Eyebright Herb Powdered Extract (4:1) 25mg, Bilberry Berry Powdered Extract (5 mg [25%] anthocyanosides) 20mg, Anti-caking Agent: vegetable magnesium stearate, Ginkgo biloba Leaf Powdered Extract (2.4 mg [24%] ginkgo flavone glycosides) 10mg, Selenium (as L-selenomethionine) 25’g, Vitamin A (1000 IU, as palmitate prep.) 300’g.

Directions
