Vitamin D is required for the normal function of the immune system, for the absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin D is produced naturally by the body in response to sunlight. Vitamin D3 is the preferred form and has been found to produce greater storage of Vitamin D in the body than D2.
INGREDIENTS
Bulking Agent: safflower oil, Softgel capsule shell: gelatin (from bovine), vegetable glycerin (from palm kernel oil and coconut oil), Vitamin D3 10ug (400IU, from fish liver oil and cholecalciferol).

DIRECTIONS
